Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Analyst to join an international technology business based in Reading. The role can be mostly remote with the ideal candidate having experience of Salesforce and Kimble.
The Sales Operations Analyst reports to the Sales Operations Director in the EMEA Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Analyst is tasked with providing overall user support of the sales business processes (Quote to Order) through analysis, running automated reports and creating dashboards. The role will perform more complex ( ad hoc) analysis for Sales Operations and participate in cross-functional teams in problem solving tasks. The analyst will be invited to make recommendations to management around sales performance, adherence to the sales process and how to accelerate the sales cycle. The Sales Operations Analyst will build out and monitor leading indicators. They will collaborate with internal operational teams for timely delivery of tasks and reports.
Position Summary:
A salary of £40,000-£45,000 is on offer plus bonus and benefits

Position Summary:
- Utilize metrics, templates and processes for ‘rhythm of the business’ reporting related to booking/revenue performance, quota and sales capacity management, pipeline and forecast accuracy and growth efforts including penetration levels, share of wallet expansion and field marketing effectiveness
- Interpret sales data and provide themes to ensure the sales strategy is enabled and/or recommend changes in direction leveraging feedback from business partners. The data may come from corporate or will need to be created by the Sales Operations Analyst
- Support Sales leaders, to develop and deliver sales targets, sales force activity and performance, incentive plans, territory allocation and regular sales reports
- Deliver consistency and efficiency of operational functions for the region including forecast management, capacity planning and performance reporting
- Drive consistency, accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting through process management and discipline
- Assist in linking Marketing and Sales more closely. Be responsible for lead allocation, SLA monitoring and account allocation.
- Act as the reporting subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and Kimble
- Process Management – Maintain a library/SharePoint of approved business process documents. Must be able to address questions at a high level and know escalation points.
- Reporting – Provide reporting assistance to the user community on interpreting and understanding reports.
