Job description
We are growing company requiring a person to market our properties/business and a negotiator who can offer an excellent customer experience and service to our clients. You will need marketing knowledge, administration experience and be an enthusiastic sales person. You should be motivated, passionate and willing to learn about the industry.
Your role:
- Market our company, the services we provide and our properties through a range of channels
- Use social media to reach specific target audiences depending on what we are offering
- Take image, make brochures and conduct viewings with potential purchasers
- Answer inbound enquiries via the internet, phone or in person, providing an effective and efficient service
- Maintain regular contact between vendors and purchasers
- Chase sales to ensure the sales progress successfully to completion
- Work with various stakeholders including solicitors and government bodies
Experience in estate agency is not essential as all training will be provided, however previous marketing and/or sales experience is desirable
You must have a full, valid UK driving licence.

Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
Salary: £12,881.48-£39,591.10 per year

- Armagh, BT61 7PX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
