Senior/Sales Negotiator - Portsmouth
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join this award-winning Estate Agency based in their Portsmourth, Waterlooville and Soutshea offices
The Salary
OTE £20,000 to £40,000- Dependent on experience.
Person Requirements
The successful Candidate needs to have a proven and successful Residential Sales background, preferably with experience of the Portsmouth property market. As a Sales Negotiator you will need to have the drive and determination to generate and attend as many viewings as possible whilst having the hunger to successfully convert them to sales. You will need to be polished and well presented and able to deliver on the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional Customer experiences.
Role Outline
As a Sales Negotiator your responsibilities will include generating new business, matching buyers to properties, booking and attending viewings and converting those viewings into sales for the branch. You will also be responsible for cross selling additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing as well as progressing sales through to completion and liaising with all parties involved.

- Existing Residential Sales Experience
- Experience in Portsmouth highly desirable

- UK driving licence and own vehicle
