Your role will be to support and work alongside the Sales & Marketing Director, aiding in our drive for continued growth. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact supporting the business and our customers.

Working alongside our Sales and Marketing Director, you will be supporting in all matters of the Sales and Marketing function. Whether it is identifying new markets, driving new business, creating new customer relationships, creating material or nurturing existing customer relationships, no day will ever be boring. You will need to have the ability to effectively communicate how Red Oak Consulting’s services can meet the needs of customers, new and existing. With a successful, unrivalled team of HPC specialists behind you, there will be no limits to your personal success.

Key Responsibilities
- Have the ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract award. Supporting in the build a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads, conducting meetings, presentations, negotiating contracts, and securing new business relationships.
- Take ownership & responsibility in the completion of the key monthly tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Director.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing Director to implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive growth. Assist in identifying potential new markets, maximize revenue potential, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Director with brand enhancement and campaigns.
- Assist in the creation, organisation and launch of the Red Oak Consulting seminars & webinars.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Manage third-party relations when required.
To Succeed in this role
- You need to be professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. Experience selling services to corporate B2B clients is going to be crucial.
- You’ll need to have a natural flair for people, wanting to assist and deliver the best in customer service.
- Having experience in hunting down new business opportunities will be advantageous.
- Be able to communicate, articulate clearly and precisely.
- Have the ability to write proposals, presentations and reports.
- You will need to have persistence, tenacity, and patience with the ability to navigate potentially complex and lengthy sales cycles.
- You need to be motivated, driven for and by success, work well in a team and able to handle pressure.
- You need to be able to communicate at all levels, be organised and it is essential you can manage deadlines.
- You’ll be a key figure for both the customer and the business. Professional, articulate, engaging with the ability to be creative, look beyond and generate emerging opportunities, and develop tailored approaches to win new business.
