The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by effectively managing and executing various marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at digital content creation, CRM management, social media strategy, influencer engagement, event coordination, and fostering partnerships to achieve our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
· Managing corporate relationships with external organisations, partners and service providers.
· Develop presentations and corporate proposals.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

· Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
· Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
· Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
· Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.
· Digital Content: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and create compelling digital content. Write engaging copy, develop creative briefs for designers, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
· CRM Management: Manage email campaigns and push notifications to engage and nurture our customer base. Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
· Social Media : Develop and execute social media plans that resonate with our target audience. Craft captivating social media copy, coordinate creative briefs for visual assets, and schedule posts across platforms.
· Influencer Engagement: Identify and connect with relevant influencers within the industry. Coordinate gifting and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
· Events and Partnerships: Conceptualise, plan, and execute on-ground activities, events, and partnerships with other brands to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
· Catalogue Management: Collaborate closely with the category team to strategize on product offerings, promotions, and campaigns. Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the products we showcase.

Salary: £33,322.00-£38,470.00 per year
