We are a small family business who design and supply beautiful high quality Bathrooms and Kitchens for our clients, improving their home and lifestyle. We are looking for a new team member with a keen eye for brand awareness who can deliver a fresh new approach to our marketing.For many of our clients buying a new bathroom or kitchen is a huge financial and emotional investment. For us it's not all about hitting targets, we want to delight our customers too and get the experience right from start to finish. The successful candidate will recognise this and take pride in delivering a great service.Duties:- Assist the sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks- Assist in the creation of marketing materials including exploration of new social media platforms.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Maintain and update customer databaseExperience:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plusIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and marketing, we would love to hear from you.
