Role Overview
To provide efficient and proactive sales and marketing admin support to the sales team within the Residential Development Sales teams based in Southampton
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing all exchanges, completions and relevant marketing costs.- Compliance; ensuring all files are compliant with signed terms of business etc., preparing agency agreements, site Health & Safety
- Payroll; commission, timesheets, expenses (all private and confidential)
- Processing purchase invoicing and handling accounts queries, management of disbursements, up-dating team billings sheet, up-dating sales status sheets, fee sharing and monitoring aged debtors * Managing in house CRM system and marketing feeds to online websites
- Working with sales team in creating and commissioning marketing and advertising packages and brochures.
- Database management, customer mailshots and and enquiry management.

Team Overview
Our team is covers the South Coast with the head office being in Southampton which is a multi discipline office with many friendly teams based there. The RDS team is made up of sales managers and site staff, covering Hamsphire and Dorset, specialising in New Homes only but including all size of site and style of property. Our team are customer and sales focused and very friendly.
