New opportunitynot to be missed! Vantage are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team based in Toyota Blackburn. In return you will receive a competitive salary of upto £68,000 including OTE plus excellent benefits.

This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.


About the Role

Thisis an exciting and challenging role, reporting to the Centre Principal, youwill be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales Team by personallydemonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with thecompany and manufacturers brand values.

Youwill also be responsible for all sales activity to deliver profitability andcustomer satisfaction, working with teams across the centre and otherdealerships to provide a seamless service to customers.

About you

Tobe successful in this role you will:

  • Present strong management and coaching skills gained in a similar role andenvironment
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hold the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environmentresulting in great results of outstanding customer service and selling
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence
