POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing Business Development team. The Business Development Representative will be key in generating new business opportunities for Mindtickle and building a world-class sales development organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company working with a supportive team that will coach and mentor you and help you grow your sales career.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mindtickle prospects and target market
- Research and identify new prospects by raising awareness and generating interest in Mindtickle through various approaches, including cold-calling, email campaigns & social media outreach
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated
- Address customer and partner inquiries, providing information and appropriate solutions based on specific needs and interests
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices
- Accurately document outreach activity in Salesforce
- Ensure sales tool hygiene, including Salesforce and Outreach
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives
- Meet or exceed activity goals & monthly objectives
- Maintain a positive, professional, 'total customer service' attitude
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely in the UK
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant professional sales experience
- Cold calling and objection handling experience
- Sales tools experience preferred (Salesforce, Linkedin, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc)
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools like DemandBase
- Strategic & agile
- Focused and Persistent
- Organized
