This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager with a proven track record in operating within a high-quality sales environment preferably from the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing sector to work in our brand new premium club in South London (Zone 2).
The candidate should be extremely confident and outgoing, capable of promoting the club to both individual and corporate prospects.
You’ll be working with the Club Manager as part of a highly energised team who work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities;
- Assisting with all aspects of the club pre-sale
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned to strategic business goals and objectives
- Drive sales growth and increase geographic market share
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs
- Managing and developing a team of like-minded individuals
- Work closely with the Club Manager to lead sales processes
- Develop sales campaigns to attract as wide a proportion of the target market as possible
- Work with the team to deliver quality local social content
- Ensuring club management software is updated and maintained
- Deliver best in class service at all times
- Contributing to the operational side of the business and providing outstanding member service

Your Commitment
This role is full time, 5 days a week. Shift patterns include morning, evening and some weekend work as per standard in the Leisure industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- South London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
