Experience essential, preferably in the Promotional Merchandise industry, but others will be considered depending on experience. We are part of a multi-national company whose head office is in the Netherlands and we pride ourselves on our award winning customer service. You will be responsible for growing and managing various accounts for our customers in the Promotional Merchandise industry.
This is a permanent full time role within a friendly team who work together to deliver the best possible service to our customers. No cold-calling or telesales involved, but must be good on the telephone, able to work well under pressure and computer literate with excellent spelling and grammar. It is very important that you are highly organised as it can be quite a fast paced environment during busy periods. The role includes order processing, quotations, product knowledge & customer service. We have a huge range of products for our customers to choose from and we work closely with them to add logos and branding to these products and create presentations for them so they can sell as promotional merchandise to a vast range of high profile well known companies, therefore someone who is technology minded and has a creative insight would be ideal. We're looking for someone who would be passionate about the role as we are. We're near to the city centre and have our own free car park on site. Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
