The Role
As Regional Manager, you will represent the Northern Ireland Hospice within the local communities.

Our shops are the face of our retail brand, they are run by dedicated, creative, and passionate employees and volunteers. Focusing on sustainable fashion and leading our shop teams to deliver a great colleague and customer experience, our shops raise much needed funds which help support over 4000 babies, children & adults to be cared for by the NI Hospice.

As Regional Manager, you’ll be out and about supporting a team of dedicated Shop Managers. You’ll provide great leadership, inspiration, and support to help our team be the very best they can be. You will develop your team to deliver commercial success and be passionate ambassadors for NI Hospice within the local communities.

With 24 shops located across Northern Ireland, our shops are a vital source of income helping to support local people living with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.

Salary : £29,214 - £34,625 per annum
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Essential Criteria
  • 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications).
  • 5 years’ retail experience in a supervisory/management capacity.
  • Experience of evolving and developing new and original ideas to grow shop sales and profits.
  • Experience in the training and development of others
