This is a newly created role to support the year on year double digit growth experienced so far from Wyatt Technologies, with ambitions to achieve this again over the following years now they are in alliance with Waters.

Waters Wyatt Technology is the world leader in research, development and commercialization of light scattering instruments used by chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies and by government and academic institutions.
- Sales growth of Waters Wyatt for the EU Region - currently experiencing double digit growth, with an expectation for this to continue
- Develop, grow and nurture the Sales Team to ensure that Waters Wyatt culture, passion and drive is key within the team - we aim to delight our customers
- Strong Data and analytical reporting to support the KPI's and future development requirements
- Marketing to achieve strong outcomes
- Key account management of large clients
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will;
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry or other related field
- Proven sales experience and sales management experience with proven results
- Team building and development skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Substantiated capability to negotiate and close business
- Based in Europe and willing to travel
