Job description
We're seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and tracking sales goals and achieving results by interacting with and supporting Northern Ireland brokers and financial advisers. You will be required to travel throughout Northern Ireland and will be able to work from home and office depending on your location. The right individual will have at least five years' experience in business to business (B2B) sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and support panel of brokers.
- Motivate and train brokers.
- Develop a marketing strategy
- Develop sales strategies
- Manage visits, and calls to brokers
- Compete and manage salesforce data
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Desirable skills:
- Financial services experience.
Salary dependent on experience. OTE £40,000pa.
