Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: £25,000 to £26,675 based on experience
Our Sales Administrators also look after our dealerships in Redhill and Gatwick, whilst you will be based at Guildford regular travel to our Gatwick site will also be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in processing corporate and retail vehicles through the whole sales process whilst ensuring all paperwork is processed to company & manufacturer guidelines
- Vehicle transfers as required, coordinate "dealer swaps" within the network and Vines
- Document all sales, ordering and processing vehicles sales.
- Liaise with the brand/factory regarding correct vehicle specifications, delivery times and ordering stock.
- Assisting with the weekly reporting/stats to the brand and Vines.
- Tax all cars ensuring that all Government procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover.
- Complete all paperwork for consignments, taking the appropriate action as appropriate and ensuring the relevant staff members are regularly kept up to date on progress.
- Coordinate the transfer of Demonstrators as requested and create on Coopers / IVS / DOC / Allianz.
- De Fleet Demonstrators as requested.
- Maintain the DOC with Demos, New orders, deliveries and movements in delivery months.
- Assign Registrations for consigned cars and advise Sales Execs and ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the stock list and carry out stock checks as and when necessary.
- Monthly iDeal file audit on all cars and refer any incomplete deal files to Managers.
- Assisting with profit checks and general housekeeping.
- Purchase, stock and fund any used cars on Drive, IVS, Coopers.
- Check for any AUCs or MOTs on used cars that are due to expire and action as per authority from Manager.
- Check Allianz Website to ensure all owned vehicles and Trade Plates are loaded.
- Ensure all trade vehicles are handled swiftly.
