An exciting opportunity exists with us here at Vanzone to join our online commercial vehicle, for a sales manager to join the sales team, and to lead an already successful team of sales executives.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all sales enquiries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Management of the sales team and sales processes.
- Management and control of profit margins.
- Management and control of stock pricing and presentation of adverts online.
- To maximise the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products.
- To work effectively with the other departments to provide an excellent customer experience.
- To monitor and achieve KPI targets.
- To assist the Sales Director in maintaining policy and procedure
- To recognize that teamwork is key and to coach and develop Sales Executives to excel in their role.
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the manufacturers and external suppliers.
- Ensure the sales team always deliver professional customer service.
- Able to market and think outside the box to increase Vehicle sales.
More About You
As our ideal Sales Manager, you will ideally have experience within the motor trade, or an alternative industry but be able to demonstrate key customer handling, managerial and organisational skills. You will also require the following skills and experience:
- Good understanding of multi-channel vehicle sales and finance options.
- Experience of managing a successful sales team.
- Must have an appetite for generating sales.
- Current UK Driving License
