Sales Manager – Triyoga (United Fitness Brands)
United Fitness Brands is the UK’s first premium fitness supergroup - home to leading boutique fitness brands Boom Cycle, KOBOX, Barrecore and Triyoga.

We are now on the hunt for ambitious, enthusiastic and passionate sales professionals to join the team at one of these prestigious studios, helping to drive continuous growth and ongoing client love.
What’s involved?
You will be responsible for:
- The planning, execution and management of sales initiatives and reporting including generating and nurturing new leads, local outreach and partnership plans, and traditional marketing efforts.
- Working with the HQ team to suggest improvements and new ideas for improving cash flow and budgeting efforts.
- Responsible for communication of all HQ strategic goals and decisions as well as any upcoming incentives through to your studio teams as well as being a key piece of the feedback loop to the senior management.
- Actively supporting with customer retention, referral and B2B strategies on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Responsible for delivering a personal and studio new membership target
- The creation and execution of a monthly localised sales and marketing calendar
- Execute company-directed sales process and systems
- Suggest new ideas and improvements for studio attendance and occupancy rates
What are we looking for?
- 2 years’ experience (as a minimum) in senior sales/ sales management position and looking for your next challenge
- Experience in the premium fitness sector/ boutique would be advantageous/ a passion for fitness is a must!
- Proven sales experience/ proven examples of meeting and exceeding KPIs, ideally within a fitness environment.
- A team player
- A high-energy attitude with a real passion for the fitness industry
- A self-motivator with a strong work ethic.
- Ambitious with an entrepreneurial streak, is uncomfortable being comfortable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
