Job Summary
Salary: £45k-£55k depending on experience
As London Sales Manager, you will be directly leading a team of supervisors and over 50 field Sales Reps, who operate at promotional locations at hotels and world-famous sites, landmarks and visitor attractions in Central London.
You will be responsible for driving sales volume by facilitating performance, motivating the team and coaching individuals to constantly improve overall results. You will be based from our West End office and operate mainly in the field, providing a constant visual presence and in-person support.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include:
· Preparing and delivering morning sales briefings
· Strategically allocating Sales Reps to promotional locations
· Recruitment, training & development of Sales Reps
· Supporting and coaching Sales Team Leaders to constantly improve performance
· Ensuring commission and bonus calculations are delivered accurately to payroll on a weekly basis

Skills/Qualifications
Key skills and qualifications required to fulfil the basic requirements of this job.
- At least 3-years of management experience
- A successful track record managing large teams
- A good knowledge of London, geographically and culturally
- Ability to train, mentor and develop junior colleagues
- A proficient knowledge of employment law and common disciplinary procedure
- Have a good understanding or bonus and commission schemes and ability to calculate successfully using Google applications
