The essence of the role
As a Sales administrator assistant you will play a critical role in customer interactions. You will solve customer problems and be an extension of the sales team.
The scope of the role
- Process sales orders via telephone and email
- Book customer deliveries and agree delivery times
- Confirm pricing and negotiate additional rates
- Match lead times our capacity to the customer's request
- Print customer labels and raise invoices
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams
Prerequisites
- Experience within manufacturing would be a huge advantage
- Considerate and customer focussed
- Proficient in Excel
- Lives close to Brierley Hill
