Due to continued success and rapid growth, The West Group are looking for Sales Team Leader to join our company.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to and taking strategic direction from the Sales Manager, you will act as a mentor and lead the Business Development Managers to deliver departmental targets and to assist the wider business to achieve quality objectives and business goals.
- Be aware of customer politics, company and departmental objectives, targets and assist in the delivery of those targets.
- Support the sales model, workload and workflow management, collective ideas, and suggested solutions.
- Provide commercial and analytical support to the Sales Team to track and achieve the sales plan whilst ensuring a robust handover into Operations and Technical to deliver a collaborative outcome.
What do you need?
Our successful Sales Team Leader will have proven leadership experience in a professional sales environment. You will also possess:
- Proven track record of delivering a successful and consecutive sales plan.
- Solid business acumen and commercial knowledge.
- Risk aware and capable of interpreting contractual language.
- Analytical approach to customer and team management.
- Able to organise time, prioritise workload and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficient utilising Microsoft packages.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485 preferred but not essential.
- Full and clean driving license preferred but not essential.
