What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join the team in Solihull. The role assists the Business Manager with the general day to day running of the store, supporting the team to hit sales targets whilst also ensuring our customers receive first class customer service.
What does the role involve?
- Assist the Business Manager with the day to day running of the store and managing the store in their absence
- Motivate and guide our sales advisors to achieve their personal and team sales targets
- Completing customer orders through our tablets and processing finance applications
- Working with the team to deliver sales targets for the showroom as well as for you personally
- Making sure our showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
- Helping to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
- Assist with recruiting new colleagues when necessary

- Experience within a similar role
- Experience motivating and coaching a sales team
