What does the role involve?
- Assist the Business Manager with the day to day running of the store and managing the store in their absence
- Motivate and guide our sales advisors to achieve their personal and team sales targets
- Completing customer orders through our tablets and processing finance applications
- Working with the team to deliver sales targets for the showroom as well as for you personally
- Making sure our showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
- Helping to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
- Assist with recruiting new colleagues when necessary

- Experience within a similar role
- Experience motivating and coaching a sales team
- A real people person – the ability to build strong relationships with our customers, colleagues and leadership team
- Customer focussed with a passion for delivering first class customer service

- Flexibility to work shift patterns
- Strong work ethic, resilient, self-starter and a can do attitude
