Opportunity at RRG Kia, Bury – Accounts and Sales Administrator
Basic salary £23,000 (DOE) Full time role working 37.5 per week over 5 days
About the role…
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join RRG Kia, Bury as an Accounts and Sales Administrator. As an Accounts and Sales Administrator your key responsibilities will be Sales Ledgers, Credit Control, Company Credit Card Reconciliation, Daily Banking, Bank Statement Reconciliation, Purchase Ledger Support and General Office and Admin duties. You would also be a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner. Working closely with the sales team to process customers’ vehicle orders, ensuring vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements. Completing pre-delivery related tasks such as vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, collating paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Providing administrative support to the sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that might arise. Liaising between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date. Keeping records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet sales.
