We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our growing Account Management team.

If you're an experienced administrator looking to join our Account Management team, we want to hear more about you!
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
- Be utilising your exceptional adminstration skills to support our Account Managers
- Join the admin team and taking responsibility for the administration tasks
- Use the Company database (CERM) to record and maintain customer information, and manage orders
- Demonstrate your organisation skills, by ensuring all jobs are inputted onto the system in a timely manner
- Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills, by supporting all the Account Managers, and multiple customers throughout the day
- Produce and maintain costings models
- Process, collate and file all job bags, and ensure they're correctly logged onto CERM

We would like to see:
- A history of strong administration experience
- The initiative to react quickly when a situation arises
- Capability to manage multiple projects and successfully prioritise your workload
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and display the confidence to comfortably and accurately discuss any mistakes on customer orders
- Ability to communicate with all employees and customers of all levels
- Someone with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- A positive attitude to learning and development.
- An enthusiasm to work as part of a team, but also be able to use your initiative to work independently
- Someone who can maintain a high level of consistency and reliability, which ensures efficiency and productivity
- An appreciation and understanding that detail and quality is EVERYTHING when it comes to labels
- Someone who takes pride in their presentation, and can demonstrate tidiness and organisational skills
- An eagerness to solve problems and look at challenges with a positive outlook
- Experience with working within the remit of ISO9001, PS9000, or BRC would be advantageous.
