Sales Manager UK & Ireland – Steam Turbines, Turbomachinery
Location: Home Based UK

Rotaflow Talent Solutions has partnered with one of the most exciting UK manufacturers of steam turbines and turbomachinery. This global company is looking to expand their business in the UK & Ireland as well as across Europe and is now looking to recruit a UK & Ireland Sales Manager to develop its pipeline and sales of bespoke steam turbines.
You will work as part of a highly skilled and experienced team with a direct line to their Sales Director, reporting back on new prospecting clients and playing a key part in the development of their sales pipeline across the UK & Ireland. After 6-12 months depending on business needs, there could be the opportunity to progress into a European role if desired.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the pipeline of bespoke steam turbine machines with a primary focus on the Nuclear, Chemical, Steel and other Industrial markets. The sales process is both highly technically-focused and solutions driven with a high-value project-led approach.
Key Requirements:
· 5 years of experience selling high-value industrial machinery and solutions such as turbines, turbomachinery, rotating equipment, industrial gearboxes, pumps, industrial valves, engines, generators or other electro-mechanical capital equipment
· Proven knowledge of large-scale project sales in technical products
· Proven track record of developing existing accounts and business development
· Previous experience in business development and front-end, long-term, complex selling to end users with multiple influences and projects, negotiation skills demonstrated
· Previous experience in the Nuclear, Chemical, Industrial, Oil & Gas or Power Generation market is preferred but not essential.
You will be working as a sales engineer, account manager, technical sales manager, sales specialist or business development manager role.
