Job description
We are looking for experienced B2B Business Development Managers to join our business and help grow our clientele base. We have the product, and the resource, we just need someone to go and find the work while enjoying a great remuneration package in return.
Our business offers health/wellbeing within the workplace of which we already have a great reputation.
Our current clients are predominantly within the construction industry, so experience & contacts selling into construction is preferred but not essential - but we are also keen to work within other industries too, and any organisation that makes their workers health and wellbeing a priority.
We have a number of great services available for the right person to join the team and sell. These services are very competitively priced vs other suppliers, so there is already a great hook there.
In return for winning new business, we are prepared to offer the right person 25% of all future income received for each new client generated, as a commission. This means if you bring along a new client and they decide to use our services frequently throughout the year (as most of our clients do), you will receive 25% ongoing commission for as long as that client is working with us. Bring in 5 new clients or 10 and you can see how very quickly your monthly income via commission will grow, uncapped.
We are not looking for anyone without sales experience at this time. We are seeking a motivated individual that has a natural persuasive ability, and a passion for health and wellbeing and sales.
This individual will need to be able to communicate at all levels and be able to tailor their approach between corporate and non-corporate.
