Profici, a leading Digital Marketing Agency, seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be crucial in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales collateral and campaigns that effectively promote our services.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to make informed sales decisions.
7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
10. Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in Sales and in the Digital Marketing industry, with a strong portfolio of successful sales achievements.
2. Extensive experience building and managing a large network of clients and industry connections.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our services convincingly.
4. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to excel.
5. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
6. Goal-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and optimise performance.
8. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
