About the Role
We are looking for a Brand and Design Lead to join our Customer & Marketing department. You’ll take ownership of the OS brand and help strategically grow and steer our visual presence. You’ll be committed to innovating, differentiating, and developing a consistent brand identity that positions our brand purpose, and increases awareness both locally and in international markets. This role is pivotal in championing the OS brand and collaborating with colleagues around the business on consumer, B2B and government projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Brand & Design team, coordinate creative delivery, shape compelling brand vision, and maximise audience reach (internally and externally) through viable channels.
- Be a brand project stakeholder providing expertise and guidance throughout the organisation.
- Responsible for the brand portal, brand guidelines, image library, merchandise portal, briefing process, reporting, campaign toolkits and external agency management.
- Own and oversee all brand and design resourcing and workflow through sprints. Identify any potential challenge / risk to business delivery and mitigate / support the team to deliver.
- Review and approve brand design executions across the business and liaise / advise external agencies, ensuring ‘One OS’ alignment and brand code is adopted.
- Accountable for the Brand & Design budget / facilitate accurate forecasting and invoicing.
- Maintain and develop relationships across the business.
- Support Head of Brand & Digital to deliver the One OS brand strategy and purpose. Key contact for brand strategic / creative agency. Support and lead on strategic briefs and delivery of projects, campaigns, and brand architecture.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience managing an internal design studio.
- Integrated 360 campaign planning, execution, and analysis (campaigns, creative concept, design, content, media planning, media buying, social, KPIs, and post campaign analysis)
- Strategic thinker who can provide valued brand guidance to marketing teams and wider business.
- Focus on leadership and team development.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B.
- Excellent presentation skills.

Location
OSHQ is based in Southampton, Hampshire but at OS we believe work is something you do, not somewhere you go.
