Prevue HR is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The Sales Manager will manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of B2B sales representatives and provide leadership, training, and coaching to ensure success
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Provide accurate forecasting to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with overall company objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience building and training
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong ability to build, lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
Compensation Details:
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - 120,000 plus a team target-based bonus.
