EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES CONVERSION SKILLS
Paul Costelloe has been an iconic name in fashion for the past 50 years, and in 1994, he opened his first flagship store in the prestigious location of Knightsbridge, London. Today, we are a fast-growing multi-channel retailer with a presence across different channels. We are constantly expanding our footprint and looking for talented individuals to join our team.
We are currently seeking a people-oriented individual with a larger-than-life personality to join our team at our handbags and leather goods store. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and come from an affordable luxury retail background. You should possess excellent people skills and have a natural flair for engaging with customers. A confident and outgoing personality is essential, and you should have the art of conversation to build strong relationships with customers.
Role.
Providing first class customer service in a polite and professional manner
Becoming an ambassador of the products, offering excellent knowledge and recommendations to customers, taking them on a journey to their perfect purchase.
Operating the till, providing front facing customer service.
Replenishment and merchandising
Maintaining housekeeping standards
Be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
Previous experience achieving and exceeding personal and store sales targets and working to deadlines
