Job Description
As the perfect candidate for this role, you will ensure Parcelly’s success by developing strategies to generate sales and grow. You will manage our sales pipeline, aiming for increased profitability per deal and per account. You will engage and have regular contact with the public and our demanding businesses, and you will deploy your experience in profitable profit generation and identify market gaps in order to find additional growth opportunities. You will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Role
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- At the end of the first year, you will have onboarded at least 4 new, profitable B2B accounts to our platform
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing and PR teams to deliver strategic and operative leadership in the pursuit of the company’s overall UK business goals
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts for defining the commercial path to growth and increased profitability of the company
- Build, manage and maintain a high velocity, productive, and profitable sales pipeline

- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Office based
- Prior experience in a logistic company can be a plus
