Due to rapid growth, Not Just Travel is looking for an energetic, positive and ambitious leader for the newly created Head of Sales role.

The Role:
You’ll be leading, supporting, and training a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) who are responsible for coaching the commercial skills of our homeworking franchisees You will lead from the front, demonstrating how to generate leads and consistently beat sales targets. You will lead our BDM team, driving performance, training & development, and product knowledge to get the very best results. You will motivate your team and coach them to success, providing feedback on what’s working and what’s not.
You will be able to react quickly and adjust your approach to meet the changing demands of an agile business. Success will be recognised and repeated consistently through the development of a sales playbook. You will set and monitor sales targets and won’t shy away from being in the thick of it yourself when needed.
You’ll be a high performing, strategically minded individual, motivated by delivering results, building relationships, and managing a varied workload. You’ll be driven to succeed, developing the very best sales team, and beating targets.
This is a UK home based role.
A summary of the role:
- Develop strategies, tactics, and action plans to exceed targets
- Lead, motivate and engage the BDMs to drive sales
- Provide the team with the tools and skills needed to achieve agreed
- Cascade individual and team targets
- Ensure a relentless focus on customer satisfaction
- In collaboration with the marketing team create promotional collateral for franchisees
- Build and develop a dynamic business development team with highly driven target management through experienced sales coaching and agile mentorship
- Create a world class team environment by living and breathing the right values
- Create and implement a sales and coaching playbook, achieving goals through commonality of action and team efficiencies
About You:
- Experience at senior strategic sales levels, ideally in a network marketing environment - travel industry experience is not essential
- Demonstrable and consistent previous experience of coaching a team to continually evolve and exceed targets.
- Proven track record of producing and over-achieving targeted results, through management of a dynamic sales team
- A practical team player who knows how to get the job done and isn’t afraid to roll up sleeves and get involved in the delivery.
- An accomplished leader who can work with a variety of styles in a compassionate and engaging way, to build trust and confidence
- Proven, successful leadership skills, managing and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets
- Results orientated and initiative-taking, able to build relationships quickly
- Expert in salespeople development through coaching, able to develop a world class, sales focused, results driven team
- Experienced in sales coaching and lead generation, able to share best practice with the team for repeatable success in finding and converting leads
- Comfortable working in an agile environment, flexible in style and approach, and able to adjust when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
