Sales Supervisor
Duties:
- Establishes and monitors work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers
- Preparing promotional materials and displays.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of retail math and sales analytics
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
