We Are a prominent global brand for luxury lighting solutions and is esteemed for its innovation and the individuality of its products. As part of our global strategic expansion, we are looking for Sales Executives to maximize the effectiveness of the sales by being key point of contact between the organization and our client.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Work closely with clients to decide which product will work best to meet all their needs.
• To engage clients and make them loyal by conveying brand values.
• To maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards
• Have deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the company's products.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• To ensure maximum customer satisfaction by handling complaints quickly and efficiently.
• To possess the ability to think quickly to provide creative solutions to issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right lighting requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the lighting industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
• 5+ years of professional retail sales experience in luxury product industry
• Good communication skills and superior customer skills.
• Generate new business leads, build and develop new client relationships.
• Should be goal-driven and target oriented.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Salary Will Be 15000 AED - 20000 AED ( Depends Upon The Interview )
