We are looking for a Mid-Senior .NET Developer to work on a variety of client projects.

Working on complex, business critical software projects, and it's important that the .Net Developer are able to manage risk by gaining a good understanding of problems, visualising the solution and implementing using best practices including efficient coding, devops, cloud services and documentation.

We are looking for C#/.NET Developer who is looking to grow and develop within a company. You’ll be passionate and capable of working in a true Test Driven Development (TDD) & DevOps culture, and will mainly be working across Azure or AWS.

You must have a strong desire to improve yourself and learn from others, whilst also getting involved in the culture of learning & sharing. You will have support from our above, so you can keep progressing your own skills and career.

Skills and experience

  • Software Developer in a C#/.NET Core web/API environment.
  • Solid in craftsmanship skills like TDD, SOLID, Refactoring Patterns etc.
  • Work with a DevOps mindset in Azure / AWS.
  • Able to input into architectural decisions.
  • An appreciation for and understanding of Front-End development (e.g. React / Vue / Ember etc & Vanilla JS / Typescript)
  • Strong communication skills – making tech & architecture choices easy to understand for support stakeholders, but also as part of team processes & practices.
  • Confident in an agile working environment, re-enforcing and support team improvement & processes with your Software Development Lead.
  • Understanding and experience of CMS systems (e.g. Sitefinity, Contentstack, Umbraco etc)
  • Experience in maintaining documentation performing code reviews and contributing to architecture design
  • If you come from a digital agency or working in an insurance domain that would be a bonus.
