Your New Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling monthly pension contributions
- Maintaining employee pension records on the payroll system and pension provider portal
- Supporting annual pension compliance reporting
- Processing annual renewals for Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Private Medical Insurance
- Creating informative communications for colleagues in relation to pensions and benefits
- Ensuring national and international deadlines are complied with
- Ensuring the security of documentation and electronic data
- Checking invoices for services, following company procedures
- Occasionally visiting other Aldi locations to support pension information workshops
- Liaising with internal national departments and internal / external auditors and bodies as required
About You
- 2 years’ experience in processing Pensions and Benefits for medium to large organisations.
- Experience in Auto Enrolment Pension Schemes
- Experience processing Pensions & Contribution Uploads To Providers
- Strong Excel Skills (VLOOKUPS/PIVOTS)
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload
- Self-motivated, and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Enjoys working in a structured, methodical manner
- Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues
- A clear communicator
- Team player
What You'll get in Return
- Starting salary from £34,690 rising to £40,510
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
