One World is seeking a Training & Education Specialist to join our dynamic, innovative, highly skilled team at our brand-new office in Shoreditch. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the first One World GTM training & education team members, with much room for potential growth. This role requires an in-depth understanding of our customers and users, enjoys content creation, excellent communication skills and a passion for training & enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Select the most effective methods for each area of learning, including videos, quizzes, certifications, reference guides, presentations, playbooks, knowledge base articles and in-product training
• Create training and learning materials (e.g, videos, video scripts, reference guides, quizzes, courses) for all customers
• Drive continuous improvement in our training and support strategy that best supports our customers and users across the globe
• Conduct end-user training with new and existing customers across the globe
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to develop and update all training materials to ensure the content remains up to date with our ever-changing product
• Collaborate with other members of the Customer Solutions team to understand additional use cases from existing customers
• Become an expert in the One World GTM solution and the customers who utilise this solution
• Set KPIs and track the performance of all training materials to ensure they are meeting objectives
• Manage and Maintain our learning management system

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• A self-starter with experience creating learning programmes and driving product knowledge for enterprise customers
• Experience designing and implementing successful training and enablement programmes
• Experienced in the use of e-Learning technologies, LMS solutions and developing resources for remote learning
• Experience with video editing and recoding of training videos
• Strong project management and organisational skills to plan, prioritise, and independently execute projects/tasks with specific deadlines
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate concepts and processes in an easy-to-understand matter to a global user base

Salary: £45,096.72-£120,651.76 per year
