Job description
We are an unique and exclusive south London based Weddings and Events Venue. We’re looking for an experienced Weddings and Events Sales Manager to join our team.
As Weddings and Events Sales Manager you will play a key role in marketing & driving the revenue for the business as well as ensuring the venue and gardens are maintained to the highest standards our clients expect from us. The successful person will be responsible for the operation of the venue and manage all client and supplier relationships.
Your will be:
- Responsible for the entire operation of the venue
- Responsible for driving the business forward, achieving targets and ensuring maximum revenue
- Responsible for both online, social media and traditional marketing of the venue
- Responsible for the maintenance and presentation of the venue and gardens to the highest standards
- Responsible for client show rounds
- Overseeing events and being the first contact for the client
- Responsible for training and developing the team, motivating and leading by example
- Ensuring that the customer experience is always at the highest levels
You will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Wedding Venue Manager
- Successful track record of delivering event bookings
- Experience managing a large team
- Passion for hospitality and first-class customer service
- Confidence and self-motivation with an ambitious drive to succeed
