The role of a Sales Administrator is to provide professional, high-quality service to all their customers and partners.
The company provide automotive solutions to people with restricted mobility, and their ethos centres around our clients being cared for and considered, so they always work to understand their customers’ needs as fully as possible.
You will a confident communicator and be well-experienced in customer service.
The Role
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous interactions with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face.
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence with regard to treating and caring for our customers.
- Offering in-depth advice and support on products and adaptations.
- Work collaboratively to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
- Take ownership of sales enquiries through to the end, including first contact, sending out quotes, following up and closing the sale.
- Build and strengthen our relationship with dealerships in our catchment area.
- Report and escalate customer complaints promptly.
- Proactively communicate with customers during their lease.
You
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating where necessary.
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solution
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
- Positive can-do attitude, calm under pressure, empathy.
