John Schofield Textile Machinery Ltd is a small long establish family business based in Bramhall, SK7 2BA. We are selling textile machinery and supplying spare part in the UK, with suppliers from Belgium, Spain, France and Poland.

Our firm is seeking an enthusiastic, accurate, hardworking Sales Administrator for our spare parts department. Living locally will be a big advantage.
Skills required:
- Excellent organisational and methodical (attention to accurancy and detail)
- Reliable, confident, accurant.
- Strong work ethic
- Good problem solving
- Good microsoft office knowledge is essential (Word, excel) & Internet
- Some knowlegde of bookkeeping will be appreciated
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing customers purchase orders
- Making purchase orders to suppliers
- Produce sales quotes and delivery notes
- Invoicing and Credit notes for the customer
- Stock checking
- Preparing post and parcels.
- Claim outstanding invoices
- General office duties (filling, office material supplies)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
