Job title: Italian Sales Administrator

Hourly rate: £13.33p/h- £14.35p/h

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.3pm (3 days office based and 2 days working from home)

Nearest tube: Battersea Park

Duration: 6-8 weeks temporary assignment

Must have for the role: Must speak Italian, Sales order processing administration experience

Looking for an Italian speaking Sales Administrator to join an exciting family business. The main responsibility is to process sales orders from Sales Representatives or Customers and support other office employees. Duties will include processing orders and handling queries that arise from Customers Sales Representatives and Logistic Partners, reconciling sales and purchase orders with customers and supplier accounts.

Skills and experience

  • Manages orders received both from Sales Representatives and Customers
  • Provides customer service and deals with customers queries
  • Checks orders and notifies the Operations Manager of any problems regarding sales orders
  • Provides support for order entry transactions and sends them to the logistics operator
  • If notified of unsuccessful deliveries by the logistics operator, immediately informs the sales agent of reference
  • Supports the Sales Manager and relevant sales network in preparing commercial statistics
  • Ensures that sales records are accurately maintained
  • Review of suspended orders on a daily basis
  • Ensures that all queries and disputes are recorded in the appropriate format and resolved in a professional and timely manner
  • Daily Process of Orders;
  • Minimise order processing errors and deals with the Warehouse Staff in any case of missing items or deliveries mistakes
