House Deals GTA / GTA House Buyers are seeking a Remote Sales Manager to lead our sales team in this dynamic industry. You will be working with a real estate investor who has over 15 years of experience flipping and renting properties. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, along with the excitement of traveling to appointments, and we work together in an office occasionally. Responsibilities:
- Grow a high-performance team through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and coaching sales team
- Lead and manage a remote sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
- Actively participate in sales tasks, attending appointments and utilizing your expertise to close deals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients remotely, leveraging various communication channels.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, promoting motivation and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Continuously adapt sales strategies to meet changing market conditions and business needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Ability to balance sales management responsibilities with active participation in appointments related to sales tasks.
- Comfortable working from a home office and traveling for appointments to seller properties as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong leadership skills to lead the sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust plans and strategies based on market dynamics in real estate.
- Willingness to travel as required for appointments in Southern Ontario, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Evening & weekend availability is required to meet company requirements.
- Knowledge of real estate and investing is NOT required.
Compensation
- Compensation is based on profit and growth. There is NO INCOME CAP and income will grow as you continue to add value to the company and increase sales. We expect you to earn 6-figures and have a clear path to grow your compensation as our sales grow.
