About the Team
The Global Sales Enablement team is a driver of change - we help our sales teams execute through a programmatic, data-driven approach to onboarding, ongoing sales skill workshops, tool effectiveness and strategic programs. We strive to simplify and improve the seller experience, remove obstacles and ensure HiBob’s sales teams have the skills and resources they need to be successful in their roles at every point during their development. Our team is responsible for creating and propelling critical cross-functional enablement programs that increase revenue and improve global sales team impact.
About the Position
The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for crafting programs that help create a culture of learning, accelerate growth, effectiveness, and the efficiency of our sales teams. This role reports to the Global Director of Sales Enablement. In this role, you will own key initiatives and projects specific to onboarding our sales teams, as well as execute on existing ongoing sales skill programs. The role requires complex decision making, independence, and collaboration across multiple organisations within the company.
What you will do
As a Sales Enablement Manager, your job duties are to create and implement onboarding and training programs for sales teams, identify opportunities for improvement of skills and best practices, reduce unproductive tasks, and help connect sales and marketing business goals. The Sales Enablement Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring our new hires become role-ready drivers of customer success, and training our sales professionals with the right knowledge, skills and confidence to meet and exceed their goals.
You will:
- Build, facilitate, and manage a sales onboarding program for our Business Development Representative's (BDR's) and Account Executive's (AE's)
- Facilitate learning by incorporating a variety of presentation methods and applications to accommodate learning styles, such as classroom instruction, virtual, and blended learning
- Lead and support sales enablement initiatives as required to include strategy, planning, and execution to solve complex challenges
- Impact skill attainment while creating a fun learning and development environment
- Work with the team to develop scalable ways to introduce new sales enablement content and update existing training content
- Collaborate successfully with stakeholders and colleagues across the org to ensure program success, which includes but is not limited to sales leaders, recruiting, our people team, operations, and marketing
- Build a predictable onboarding and ongoing enablement calendar for AE's and BDR's who are < 1 year in the role
- Impact sales results by cultivating a culture of high performance sales culture
- Organise and maintain the enablement content library in platforms such as Highspot and Learning 360
- Support virtual training technologies and gamification by including Q&A, participation tracking, competitive quizzes, and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales Experience (one or a mix of BDR or AE)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational, documentation, and time-management skills
- Experience in sales content development and/or instructional design
- Proven program management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially as a presenter; you need to be compelling, engaging, and captivating
- Demonstrate that you can create new ideas that generate value, think independently; build support for new ways through the personal excitement you exhibit and are willing to take risks and meets deadlines
- Can deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment; you're focused, disciplined, and self-directed in addressing opportunities that deliver results
- SaaS experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with Sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong) preferred
