- Respond to incoming enquiries received via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as an administrative liaison between clients, project managers, and the outreach team, providing support and communicating essential feedback.
- Conduct market research analysis through the creation, allocation, and processing of reports and data.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to provide pertinent information to the team and clients.
- Work in tandem with the outreach team to ensure data requests and Excel systems are current and accessible.
- Collaborate with operations to enhance database systems, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Record, log, and compile work records on a daily basis, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Generate monthly reports for management to monitor team performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
- Practical experience with data processing. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is essential.
- Awareness of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Capacity to excel under strict deadlines and in a dynamic environment.

Specifications:
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Full Time: Office-based role, Monday to Friday (8am till 4:30pm).
Holiday: 28 paid days, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
