We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing guidance and support to the Managing Director and H2o team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, analysing market trends, and creating reports to present to senior management. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to make a real impact on our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance of sales staff.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and partners.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Identify new markets and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32,476.00-£35,557.00 per year

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
