Job description
Working in the commercial and industrial door market, we are looking for a friendly individual to join our busy team. The main duties being the booking in of repair and maintenance visits.
With the additional duties:
- Assisting the installation manager
- Liaising with and building rapport with clients
- Quoting follow on repairs, attempt to get first time fix with on the day selling.
- Proactive contact of new customer
- Ordering of parts
- Take repair and breakdown calls out of hours – on rota
- Manage online job and tracking system add sites edit and remove
You will have:

- Be enthusiastic and reliable
- Be willing to learn from others
Full training will be given but knowledge of micro soft word/ excel would be an advantage.

Salary: £15,600.00-£21,840.00 per year
