Senior Sales Administrator
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Want to become an integral part of a recently acquired and already successful PPE and Janitorial Supplier in North Wales to drive sales as well as performing day to day admin tasks? Then this is the role for you!
As our Senior Sales Administrator you will not only perform usual day to day admin tasks such as answer calls, emails, process orders and general customer service, you will also proactively look for new business via tele sales and visiting potential new customer as and when required.
Further duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Sage 200 software is a plus
