Sales Administrator
Up to £25,000 DOE
Glasgow – Onsite
Monday to Friday,
8.30am - 5.00pm + hybrid after 3 months
An ambitious and growing family owned interior design consultancy in Glasgow is looking to expand its team with an experienced Sales Support Administrator. This is a great opportunity to grow an administration-based career with development and support.
Our client is a commercial interiors specialist, providing personalised, tailored, and comprehensive solutions to both public and private clients across the UK. They spend the time to understand their client’s businesses inside and out, to ensure they are meeting their objectives and love to create designs which are effective, sustainable and practical.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for the new sales administrator to come in and support the management of the business. The role will be the beginning of a larger support team, meaning it will be instrumental in shaping the future of the business. Someone with +1 years experience in a similar business/industry is valued.
The Role:
- Support the sales and management team across all aspects of administration and accounts
- Raise and track quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other documentation
- Update and monitor sales and operational systems
- Assist with the creation of sales proposals and presentations
- Liaise with both clients and suppliers
- Coordinate logistical elements of project delivery
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is confident speaking on the phone to both clients and suppliers
- Someone enthusiastic, organised & self-motivated to make the role their own
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Able to effectively prioritise multiple tasks for different team members
- Capable of working closely within a small team
- Driving licence for occasional client visits
