ROLE SUMMARY
To support Head of Retail to process and administer daily store orders
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Process and administer daily sales orders
- Communicate out of stocks to all stores via email
- Process allocations for new products
- Process credits to ensure that Store Warehouses within SAP are accurate
- Be the first point of contact at head office for stock related queries
- Be the first point of contact for Franchisee sales enquiries
- Create monthly sales report for the Head of Retail
- Communicate to stores discontinued products to ensure that Vend is up to date
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A confident communicator
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
- Proactive with the ability to work independently but with a can-do helpful attitude
- Good attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Effective time management and prioritising skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines when necessary
