We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all customer service and administrative functions, and developing customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for pro-active query resolutions, monitoring service-level performances and ensuring that customer service policies are up to date and in compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Booking couriers and transport requirements for customer online orders
- Pro-actively identifying courier queries and resolving, including customer communication
- Import / Export and other shipping documentation compliance
- Producing environmental certificates, reports and other documents
- Customer invoices and credits
- Ensuring courier invoices and credits are in line with services provided
- Daily KPI figures and updates
- Managing customer contracts in respect of service-level agreements and performance
- Managing the CRM database
- Managing system stock levels of a small range of consumable products
- Customer, Management and Exception reports
- Assiting the Operational and Commercial teams in the delivery of business objectives
- Development of tools, systems, processes etc. to benefit the business and customers
- Assisting the Management team with any other tasks such as holiday logs, training files, checklists etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
