Convenience Sales Manager
Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as a Convenience Sales Manager!
Field Sales Solutions are a leading field marketing company. We represent the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK. Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for some of our prestigious brand partners, including Ferrero.
In return for joining us as our Convenience Sales Manager we can offer you a competitive salary of £33,000 + up to 10% Bonus + Company Car & fuel card.
Start date: End of September 2023

What you will be doing as our Convenience Sales Manager?
- This is a leadership role where you have the scope to shape and mentor an ambitious team.
- As a Convenience Sales Manager, you will be using your management skills to unlock the potential in your sales team.
- You'll have the chance to develop the team, identifying key opportunities and setting the strategy to achieve goals.
- Working regularly in call with your team to provide field training, communication, and motivation. Spending a minimum of 1 day with each team member every 4 weeks.
- Completing instore audits every 8 weeks per employee to ensure standards are maintained.
- Planning & conducting motivational team briefing & training meetings.
- Reviewing data via online portals & PowerBI on a daily basis.
- Management of the team, administration, training and reporting performance.
- Management of cost control & expenses of your team, ensuring spending is within budget.
What will you need to become our Convenience Sales Manager?
- Solid experience of managing a field team.
- Strong knowledge of the Convenience Sector and FMCG.
- A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving performance.
- Leadership skills, being capable of setting the standard for others to follow.
- A full clean UK driving licence.
